  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM HKT will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on your location. Below are the general timeframes:

  • Hong Kong: 1-3 business days
  • Asia-Pacific Region: 5-10 business days
  • United States and Europe: 7-14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship worldwide, but some remote areas may have longer delivery times.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
